WALK-IN-INTERVIEW NOTICE
FOR THE POSITION OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF)

Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend a Walk-in-Interview on 12 January 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Department of Botany, University of Kashmir, Srinagar, for one (01) position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

The position is sanctioned under the DST-funded research project entitled:

“Scientific and Technological Interventions for Socio-Economic Empowerment of Women Folk of Dab Village of District Ganderbal, Kashmir, UT of J&K”

The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and shall be governed by the terms and conditions prescribed for the project.

DETAILS OF THE POSITION

Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Number of Posts: 01
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 37,000/- + 18% HRA

Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. in Botany / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Science and Technology with minimum 55% marks.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Candidates must produce original certificates at the time of interview.
