ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up one research project position under the RESPOND scheme of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) entitled:
“Stable Isotopic Investigation of Surface Water Bodies for Hydrologic Flux Partitioning Applications”
The position is initially for a period of one year, extendable and co-terminus with the project.
DETAILS OF THE POST
Post Name: Project Associate-I (01 Post)
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA
Essential Qualification:
Minimum 60% marks in M.Sc. Geoinformatics / Meteorology / Climate Change
Desirable Qualification:
Research experience in Geoinformatics / Limnology / Hydrology / Geospatial Modelling
IMPORTANT NOTES & INSTRUCTIONS
I. Application submission shall commence from 02 January, 2026 and shall end on 16 January, 2026.
II. Interview of eligible candidates will be intimated via email or telephone. The interview shall be conducted in physical mode only at the Centre of Excellence for Glaciology, University of Kashmir, Srinagar.
III. Candidates must bring original documents relating to qualifications, experience, publications, etc., at the time of interview.
IV. The Selection Committee reserves the right not to fill the post if no suitable candidate is found.
V. Details of the project can be obtained from the Principal Investigator on any working day during office hours.
