Khelo India State Centre of Excellence Leh – High Performance Director & Head Coach Recruitment 2026

The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh, Office of the Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, UT Ladakh, has issued Advertisement Notification No. 62JD‑YSS of 2026 dated 03.09.2026 for filling up vacant posts in the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE), Leh. The engagement is purely on a temporary and contract basis for a period of four years, subject to satisfactory performance and the continuation of the Khelo India scheme.

केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख का प्रशासन, संयुक्त निदेशक, युवा सेवाएँ और खेल कार्यालय ने खेलो इंडिया स्टेट सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (KISCE), लेह में रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए विज्ञापन संख्या 62JD‑YSS of 2026 (दिनांक 03.09.2026) जारी किया है। यह नियुक्ति पूर्णतः अस्थायी एवं अनुबंध आधार पर चार वर्षों की अवधि के लिए है, जो संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन और खेलो इंडिया योजना की निरंतरता के अधीन होगी।

📋 Posts, Remuneration, Age & Qualifications

The following two posts are advertised. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowances like DA, accommodation, transport, etc. are admissible.

निम्नलिखित दो पदों के लिए विज्ञापन किया गया है। पारिश्रमिक समेकित है और कोई अन्य भत्ते (DA, आवास, परिवहन आदि) स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे।

⚖️ Terms & Conditions of Engagement

The contractual engagement will be for a period of four years on the basis of satisfactory performance, periodic reviews, and result orientation. The engagement is coterminous with the Khelo India scheme.

अनुबंधित नियुक्ति चार वर्षों की अवधि के लिए होगी, जो संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन, आवधिक समीक्षा और परिणाम उन्मुखता पर आधारित होगी। यह नियुक्ति खेलो इंडिया योजना के साथ समाप्त होगी।

Tax Deduction at Source: Income Tax or any other applicable tax will be deducted at source as per prevailing rules.

स्रोत पर कर कटौती: प्रचलित नियमों के अनुसार आयकर या कोई अन्य लागू कर स्रोत पर काटा जाएगा।

No TA/DA, Accommodation, or other allowances shall be admissible for joining or on completion. No other facilities like DA, residential phone, conveyance, personal staff, medical reimbursement, HRA, LTC, etc. will be provided.

कार्यभार ग्रहण करने या समाप्ति पर कोई TA/DA या अन्य भत्ते स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे। DA, आवास, टेलीफोन, वाहन, चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति, HRA, LTC आदि जैसी कोई अन्य सुविधाएँ प्रदान नहीं की जाएंगी।

Leave: Selected candidates will be entitled to 30 days leave in a calendar year on a pro‑rata basis. Unavailed leave will lapse and will not be carried forward.

अवकाश: चयनित उम्मीदवार एक कैलेंडर वर्ष में 30 दिनों के अवकाश के हकदार होंगे (प्रो-रेटा)। अप्रयुक्त अवकाश समाप्त हो जाएगा और अगले वर्ष में स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जाएगा।

Confidentiality: Selected persons shall not publish any book, article, or participate in broadcasts using information gathered during the assignment. They shall be subject to the Official Secrets Act, 1923.

गोपनीयता: चयनित व्यक्ति इस कार्य के दौरान प्राप्त जानकारी का उपयोग करके कोई पुस्तक, लेख प्रकाशित नहीं करेंगे या प्रसारण में भाग नहीं लेंगे। वे आधिकारिक गोपनीयता अधिनियम, 1923 के अधीन होंगे।

Other Conditions: The department may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or immediately in case of misconduct. The decision of the Joint Director, Youth Services & Sports, UT Ladakh shall be final. The engagement does not confer any right to permanent employment. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Panchkula courts.

अन्य शर्तें: विभाग एक महीने के नोटिस पर या कदाचार के मामले में तुरंत अनुबंध समाप्त कर सकता है। संयुक्त निदेशक, युवा सेवाएँ और खेल, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख का निर्णय अंतिम होगा। यह नियुक्ति स्थायी रोजगार का कोई अधिकार नहीं देती है। सभी विवाद पंचकुला न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगे।

📝 Application Procedure – Online & Offline

Eligible candidates shall submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure‑A) along with self‑attested copies of: Date of Birth certificate, Educational/Professional qualification certificates, Work Experience certificates, No Objection Certificate (if working in Central/State Government/Autonomous body on regular basis), and certificates of achievement/sports participation.

पात्र उम्मीदवार निर्धारित प्रारूप (अनुबंध‑ए) में आवेदन करेंगे, साथ में स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियाँ: जन्म तिथि प्रमाणपत्र, शैक्षिक/व्यावसायिक योग्यता, कार्य अनुभव, अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र (यदि नियमित आधार पर केंद्र/राज्य सरकार/स्वायत्त निकाय में कार्यरत हैं), और उपलब्धि/खेल भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र।

The duly signed application form with a recent coloured passport‑size photograph pasted in the space provided, along with self‑attested copies of all documents, should be sent via email to the official address or offline via post. Both modes are accepted. The scanned copies must be in PDF format only.

सभी दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ, निर्धारित स्थान पर हालिया रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो चिपकाकर, हस्ताक्षरित आवेदन पत्र ईमेल या डाक द्वारा भेजा जाना चाहिए। दोनों माध्यम स्वीकार्य हैं। स्कैन की गई प्रतियाँ PDF प्रारूप में होनी चाहिए।

Important: The last date for submission of applications is 30 September 2026. Applications must reach before the deadline. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at their own cost. The call letters will be sent via email to the registered email ID.
