Location: Kangan, Ganderbal
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) in a relevant field is preferred.
2 to 3 years of Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or organizational setting, with a focus on Operations Management Software and CRMS.
Hands-on experience and understanding of Operations Management Software and CRMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and management information software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex
data sets and generate actionable insights.
Manage and maintain databases using management information software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
