Looking for a Business Excellence Manager. Brief profile is
as:
Business Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for
the development, implementation and maintenance
improvement strategy of the Hotel.
Sustainable culture of improvement.
This role will lead the continuous improvement initiative
process and champion change across departments to deliver
outstanding levels of performance and development
Liaising with all Department heads,
This role will lead efforts to analyse and identify key business
drivers and work with the Senior Leadership team to prioritise
these, before implementing agreed improved initiatives.
The Head of Business Process Excellence will be responsible
for the management and development of the Continuous
Improvement Team, ensuring that they are trained, capable
and motivated to deliver results.
Coaching, mentoring and motivating staff at all levels across
the business to support the development of a Continuous
Improvement culture.
The Head of Business Process Excellence will also ensure
that governance and supporting processes are established
and suitable to ensure delivery of the Business System.
Continuous process improvements and by revisiting SOP’s
every year and on need basis whichever is earlier.
