Job Title: Sales Manager(Pharma)

Job Description:
1.Responsible for leading a team of M.Rs to achieve Sales targets. To handle Sales Promotion activities.
2.Making Monthly doctor visiting plan for all MR team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with
team members.
3.Organizing special meeting with doctors and healthcare professions through medical representatives according to his daily and monthly
planning.
4.Set-up campaign and awareness programs for patients & healthcare professionals.
5.Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
6.Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions.
7.Generating New Business through his Team .
8.Fulfill all requirements of his team .
9.Reviewing sale and stock availability in assigned area .
10.Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target .
11.Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions .
12.Daily reporting to seniors about daily work, meetings and performance .
13.Market review of new products and services .
14.Keeping detailed record of contacts .
15.Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company .
16.Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes .
17.Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors .
Location(District): Srinagar
Eligibility (Educational qualification & experience required?): Work Experience : 2 – 3 years
(Medical/Pharma Industry only)
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000/- Per month + attractive Incentives
