more than 70 countries worldwide. DWBI is neutral, impartial, inde pendent, and not linked to any political party or government. Our
teams provide emergency medical assistance to pe ople in need, irespective of the ir nationality, race or religion. DWBI has been working
in the Kashmir valley since 2001.

Qualification: Essential : Essential Bachelor/Masterdegree in finance, management (business, HR) or
administratiofrom arecognized University/ Institute/ College.
Experience:
– Essential, working experience of at least two years in relevant and similar jobs
Desirable working experience with DWB/MSF or other NG0’s in developing countries
We offer:
– Salary Gross INR 81,750/- per month (non-negotiable)
18 days annual leave; 12 days paid leave as per specified list of holidays; Sick/Casual leave of 12 days as per
calendar year (pro rated based on hire date).
Contributions towards statutory benefit programs such as Provident Fund
Covered under accident insurance.
– DWBI provides medical reimbursement for employees and their dependents as per health care policy

Job Focus
Planning, coordinating and implementing HR, Admin and Financial activities and policies in the project
according to legal obligations and DWBI proto cols, standards and procedures in order to provide quality,
reliable and transparent in formation to the organization on the use and allocation of resources in the project
and to realize the HR Capacity required to achieve project objectives
