Telecaller will be responsible for handling sales and appointments over the phone entirely. Will also be responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Job Description
* Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
* Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
* Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
* Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
* Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
* Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
* Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
* Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
* Maintain and update the database of doctors, pharmacies, and other service providers
* Contact service providers to inform them about our product or service using scripts
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details
* Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to reach out to leads
Location(District): Srinagar
Eligibility (Educational qualification & experience required?): Skills
* Editing and writing skills
* Speaking skills: Need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Qualification and Criteria
* Any bachelor’s or Master’s degree
