FIXED-TERM CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT NOTICE – WALK-IN SELECTION PROCESS

Venue: MIDHANI Corporate Office Auditorium, Hyderabad @0800 hrs to 1030 hrs only

Out of 38 posts at S. No. 1 to 4:

• 5 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen (ESM).

Out of 12 posts at S. No. 5 to 8:

• 2 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen (ESM).

Period of Engagement: Initially for 1 year and further extendable up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirement. Other benefits such as PF, Leaves, Medical etc. will be extended as per rules.

Selection Process:

1. Walk-in selection process will be carried out/conducted as per schedule at MIDHANI Corporate Office Auditorium, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058.

2. Interested candidates should reach the venue on above-mentioned dates by 0800 hrs and candidates will not be allowed after 1030 hrs.

3. All Indian nationals meeting age, qualification & experience stipulated above should be as on 20.08.2025.

4. Candidates should mandatorily bring all the original certificates and testimonials with one set of photocopies for submission (SSC certificates/ Birth certificate), category, educational qualification/SSC or 10th certificate/ Final Diploma Certificate/ Final B.Sc Certificate/ ITI, NAC, proof of specialization/subject/trade certifying the posts, consolidated marks sheet etc. (as per the requirement of the post) with 2 recent colour passport size photographs.

5. Document verification will be done initially for all the candidates. Candidates appearing for walk-in selection process without proper supporting documents/cases in which the requisite eligibility criteria cannot be distinctly established will not be considered and will be summarily rejected. No request in this regard will be entertained.

6. Candidates, who fulfill all the requisite parameters and QR’s, shall only be allowed to appear for Written Test. Candidates qualified/shortlisted in the Written Test will be further called for Trade/Skill Test.

7. Candidates seeking reservation as EWS/OBC are required to mandatorily bring the recent original EWS/OBC NCL certificate regarding his/her ‘EWS/OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) status’ issued by the competent authority on the day of walk-in selection process.

8. Appearance at the candidates for Written Test/Trade Test will not entitle them to claim for contract engagement for the aforesaid posts. Candidates will be debarred ab-initio at any stage of the recruitment process in case they do not fulfill the essential eligibility criteria.

9. The upper age limit indicated above is for unreserved (UR) category. Age relaxation shall be applicable in accordance with the Government of India orders issued from time to time.

10. 10% relaxation in respect of eligible qualification marks shall be given to SC & ST candidates for the posts mentioned at Sl. No. 1 & 2 (i.e., Assistant Level-4 Metallurgy & Assistant Level-4 Mechanical posts).

11. If the certificate verification/Written Test/Trade Test cannot be conducted on the same day, it will be conducted on the next day or on a later date.

12. With respect to Written Test, Trade Test/Skill Test will also be conducted at a later date, to those candidates who are further shortlisted in the written test. If skill/trade test cannot be conducted on the written test day, it will be held on another day.

13. Medium of examination for both written test and trade test will be English only.

14. MIDHANI reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts in the selection process/restrict or increase the no. of posts/alter the eligibility criteria etc.

15. The cut-off date for all the requisite parameters is 20.08.2025.

16. The posts are on contract basis only and do not provide any claim for permanent absorption.

17. Decisions of MIDHANI Management will be final and binding on all. Corrigendum if any, related to this advertisement shall be given only on our website www.midhani-india.in.

18. TA/DA will not be paid for attending selection process. All candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID and mobile number for communication. MIDHANI will not be responsible for bouncing of e-mails sent to the candidates.

19. Mobiles or any other electronic gadgets will not be allowed inside the company premises/venue of the selection process.
