EMPLACEMENT OF ADVOCATES AS SPECIAL PUBLICPROSECUTOR OF INCOME TAX
DEPARTMENT IN SRINAGAR &JAMMU
Applicationsare invited from practicing advocates enrolled as members of State Bar Council and having good academic credentials
and experience in crimi nal matters for engagement as Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs) to represent the Income Tax Department
before the Session Court and its Subordinate Courts in the Jammu & Kashmir in prosecution cases. Preference would be given to
advocates having experience in dealing with Income Tax/Direct Tax matters.
The eligibility terms and conditions and schedule of fees payable to the SPPs are as per instructions No. 6/2016 dated 07.09.2016
issued by the Govern ment of India, Ministry of Finan ce (Department of Reven ue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi and such
other instructions as may be issued from time to time in this behalf.
