BUSINESS MANAGER (AGRICULTURE BUSINESS)
LEAD MANAGE GROW
Key Responsibilities:
– Management of farms and agricultural operations
– Management of distributors and agri-business networks
– Develop and execute business strategies for agriculture division
– Build and manage client relationships (farmers, distributors, agri businesses)
– Identify new market opportunities and drive growth
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
– Achieve sales and business targets
ACCOUNTANT
ACCURACY COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate financial records
– Handle accounts payable & receivable
– Prepare financial reports and MIS
– Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
– Coordinate with internal teams and auditors
– Ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations
Requirements (Both Positions):
– Relevant qualification and experience in respective field
– Willingness to be based in Srinagar (Kashmir) and travel when required
