1. Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC), a Public Sector Undertaking of Govt. of India under Ministry of Railways (MoR), incorporated on 12th July 1999 under Companies Act, 1956, executes the projects under Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP). The Corporation already executed number of suburban rail improvement projects in Mumbai and extended suburbs for enhancing suburban rail transportation capacity. The corporation is also involved in the planning and development of Mumbai Suburban Rail system.

2. MRVC is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidates for manning the following position for execution of projects in Mumbai Suburban Area on contract basis.

The selected candidates shall be initially engaged as “Project Engineer” and on completion of one year they shall be designated as Senior Project Engineer with enhanced perks subject to satisfactory performance report by controlling officer.

4. छुट्टी और भत्ते Emoluments and leave The emoluments and leave for Project Engineer shall be as under:

Fixed Gross emoluments (IDA E1 equivalent)

Rs.84,070/- per month consisting of following

Mandatory deduction from

gross salary

Basic+DA+ House Rent Allowance + Consolidated Travelling Allowance & Transportation Allowance + mobile phone usage + Provident Fund (employer’s share) etc. PF and Income Tax and any other incidental recovery will be deducted

from Gross Salary as per extant rules.

Reimbursement of Premium of mediclaim policy shall be made to the extent of Rs. 1300/- per month for

family (self, spouse plus maximum 2 children) of mediclaim policy taken from recognized insurance

company. The reimbursement will be made on production of original receipt of payment of the premium.

Reimbursement of OPD expenses for chronic diseases/illness shall be made as per policy of the corporation

Restricted Holidays: 2 days p.a. 10 days sick leave for six months (like Half pay leave with

provision for commutation) (4) 12 days special leave per annum.
