NABARD Recruitment of Specialists on Contract 2025-26 (Advertisement No. 04) – RMSMED, DCAS, DMFI, Mumbai
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), an apex development financial institution fully owned by the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 04 for the Recruitment of Specialists on Contract 2025–26 under RMSMED, DCAS, and DMFI departments at its Head Office in Mumbai.
Applications are invited only through online mode at www.nabard.org from 13.10.2025 to 28.10.2025. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.10.2025)
1. Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation
- Age: 35–55 years
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Climate Science, or Sustainable Development.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience (4 years in climate change mitigation).
- Job Role: Project management in renewable energy, energy audits, carbon footprint analysis, and climate finance.
2. IT Specialist (Carbon Finance Cell)
- Age: 35–55 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years (5 years in IT project management).
- Skills: Data analytics, Power BI, Python, API Integration, Cloud DMS.
3. Head – Rural Tech and Innovations
- Age: 30–50 years
- Qualification: Master’s in Agri-Business, Rural Technology, or Engineering.
- Experience: 10 years in rural technology and innovation management.
4. Head – Data & Impact Evaluation
- Age: 30–50 years
- Qualification: Master’s in Development Studies, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 10 years in monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis.
5. Head – Finance, Compliance and Commercialization
- Age: 30–50 years
- Qualification: CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Rural Management, or Agri-Business.
- Experience: 10 years in rural finance, CSR, or value chain facilitation.
6. E-Commerce Specialist
- Age: 25–35 years
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or E-Marketing.
- Experience: 4–5 years in ONDC, key account management, or e-commerce.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Interview only.
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:3 based on qualifications and experience.
- Selected candidates must pass medical fitness before appointment.
- Results and updates will be announced on the NABARD website.

Contract Period: 2 years (extendable up to 5 years).
Leave: 30 days per calendar year.
Medical Facility: Available for self at NABARD dispensary.
