REQUIREMENT OF ASSISTANT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL) ON RE-EMPLOYMENT BASIS

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a Joint Venture of Govt of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and UP, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in the National Capital Region (NCR), creating a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.

The RRTS is a new, dedicated, high-speed, rail-based, high-capacity, comfortable, state-of-the-art commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR.

This corridor will be envisaged in the first phase, i.e., Delhi–Meerut, Delhi–Gurugram–SNB–Alwar, and Delhi–Panipat–Karnal. At present, NCRTC is implementing the Delhi–Meerut corridor, of which a 55 km stretch from New Ashok Nagar to Meerut South has been opened for commercial revenue run.

These projects will not only provide a vital new transport infrastructure backbone to the region but also act as a catalyst for the development of suburban centers, creating jobs and decongesting cities. The diversity of individuals and skills required to execute the project is vast.

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (As on 30/10/2025)

1	Assistant Manager/ Electrical	Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (Electrical) or equivalent. Experience: – Minimum 20 years of experience working in Central/ State Govt. – Should have experience in executing the works of EHT lines of 66/132/220 kV and 11/33 kV. – Experience in Haryana Vidyut Nigam etc. shall be preferred. Job Description: – The incumbent should be able to plan & monitor the progress of shifting of electrical lines infringing the Namo Bharat alignment of 400 kV to 765 kV, 220 kV/132 kV/66 kV EHT lines, and the works of 33 kV/11 kV underground cables in lieu of existing overhead electrical lines. – He/She should be able to plan and progress the work of shifting of UG cables in lieu of existing 250 V, 66 V, 40 V lines & the shifting of 250 V, 440 V OH lines and street-light poles infringing the Namo Bharat alignment. Scale of Pay at Superannuation: IDA Scale: Rs. 67700–208700 (L11) or above CDA Scale: Rs. 18000–50000 (E3) or above
