Subject: Filling up of Principal and Teaching Faculty posts in Kashmir Tibbia College, Hospital & Research Centre, Taleemabad Shilvath Sonawari, Tehsil Sumbal, District Bandipora, Jammu & Kashmir.

Applications on the prescribed form (which can be downloaded from the official website of the college) are invited from candidates possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualification/experience and age, for various faculty posts as detailed below:

01	Principal	1	Any department preferably clinical department	i) Bachelor’s Degree in Unani Medicine from any University recognized under IMCC/NCISM Act. ii) Post Graduate Degree in concerned or allied subjects from an institution recognized by CCIM/NCISM. iii) Have qualified National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET).
02	Associate Professor	1	Jarahat	The candidate must possess a valid Teachers Code as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor allotted by CCIM/NCISM.
	Professor	1	Ain, Uzan, Anaf, Halaq wa Asnan	Same as above.
		1	Qabalat wa Amraz-e-Niswan	Same as above.
		1	Kulyat	Same as above.
03	Assistant Professor	1	Tashreeh ul Badan	No teaching experience required.
		1	Qabalat wa Amraz-e-Niswan	No teaching experience required.

Experience Required:

Principal: Same as Professor with 3 years administrative experience as Vice Principal, Head of Department, Medical Superintendent, or Deputy Medical Superintendent.
Professor: 10 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor or 5 years teaching experience as Associate Professor.
Associate Professor: 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor: No teaching experience required.

Age:
The age shall be less than 65 years in each category.

Pay:

Principal with PG qualification = 60000/-
Professor with PG qualification = 55000/-
Associate Professor with PG qualification = 45000/-
Assistant Professor with PG qualification = 35000/-

NOTE:
(i) Notwithstanding the above prescribed pay, the Management shall be at liberty to appoint any faculty member on higher pay, given the candidate’s additional qualifications / experience / extraordinary merit, etc.
