Vacancy Circular for the Young Professionals
National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) intends to engage eligible and interested persons as Young Professionals purely on contractual basis, initially for a fixed period of two years which may be extended by one year at a time upto a maximum tenure of five years i.e. 2+1+1+1 years.
2. The number of likely positions to be filled up is as given in the below table. This number may increase or decrease based on the requirement of NFRA. The details of essential educational qualification and experience are as given below –

Desirable:
(i) LL.M preferably in Corporate Law
Experience
At least one years post qualification experience in Legal matters having excellent hands-on in Legal Research, drafting of Petitions, Counter Affidavits, etc.
Candidate must possess excellent computer skills of typing, MS-office, use of internet, search tools etc.
Drafting of Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Legal Research, Legal Vetting/advi ce, handling legal database and any other task allotted by the senior officers NFRA. in
Desirable:
Experience of working in Govt/Statutory Bodies.
(ii) Experience in the domain area related to NIRA.
