एनएचएम, यूटी लद्दाख के तहत निम्नलिखित संविदा पदों पर जुड़ाव के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं:

Candidates with Master’s in HRM without PG in Public Health shall have 2 years of relevant experience in the health sector. Strong understanding of the public health system, with strong analytical, writing and communication skills. DESIRABLE: Familiarity with HRH management; public-sector HR/NHM experience; proficiency in MS Office/database software; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and analyze, plan and monitor projects. 2	Manager – Referral Services (NHM)	01	₹1,000,000/-	ESSENTIAL:PG/PGDM in Hospital Administration/Health Management/Operations/Public Health from a recognized University/Institution with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing Emergency Response Systems. Strong understanding of the public health system, with strong writing and communication skills. DESIRABLE: Experience under NHM; knowledge of Government procurement/contract management and National Ambulance Guidelines; MIS/dashboard analysis; GIS/GPS-enabled fleet monitoring; proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. 3	Manager – BEMMP & Infrastructure Programs (NHM)	01	₹1,000,000/-	ESSENTIAL:Option-I: B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. OR Option-II: B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering along with a Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in Management/Hospital Administration with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a Master’s Degree. Understanding of the public health system with strong writing and communication skills. DESIRABLE: Public-sector experience in the relevant field; computer proficiency/MS Office; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and analyze, plan and monitor projects. Eligibility Criteria: The applications shall be addressed to the Mission Director, State Health Society, on the prescribed application form, which is available at the Office of the Mission Director, NHM, UT Ladakh, K-2 Continental Building, Lower Skara, Leh, Ladakh, or can be downloaded from www[dot]nhmladakh[dot]in.

Selection Criteria Details:

Academic Qualification – 60 marks (pro-rated)

Relevant Experience – 20 marks

Viva-Voce – 20 marks

Total – 100 marks

चयन मापदंड विवरण:

शैक्षणिक योग्यता – 60 अंक (अनुपात में)

प्रासंगिक अनुभव – 20 अंक

मौखिक परीक्षा (इंटरव्यू) – 20 अंक

कुल – 100 अंक

Terms and conditions: –

1. In case of eligible candidates is more than ten times the number of posts advertised/available, shortlisting will be done based on basic academic qualification.

2. The experience will be considered only if it is for the relevant field.

3. The appointments are on a contractual basis under the National Health Mission, UT Ladakh. The initial term of the contract shall be up to 31st March 2027, and further renewal/termination is strictly on the basis of performance and continuation of the scheme.

4. Only Local candidates are eligible for the posts, and Local candidates should possess a Ladakh Residence certificate/Domicile certificate as prescribed in any rules, regulations or orders in force in the UT of Ladakh are eligible for the above posts.

5. The selected candidates shall have to sign a contract with the appointing Authority as per NHM Guidelines.

6. Applications can be rejected by the authorities if found not falling under the requisite criteria.

7. The candidates shall have to appear for an interview before the selection committee constituted for the purpose.

8. The Mission Director, NHM, Ladakh shall have the authority to cancel, modify, or nullify the recruitment process at any stage. The decision of the Mission Director in this regard shall be final and binding.

नियम एवं शर्तें: –

1. यदि पात्र उम्मीदवारों की संख्या विज्ञापित/उपलब्ध पदों की संख्या से दस गुना से अधिक है, तो मूल शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्टिंग की जाएगी।

2. अनुभव पर केवल तभी विचार किया जाएगा यदि वह प्रासंगिक क्षेत्र के लिए हो।

3. नियुक्तियां राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, यूटी लद्दाख के तहत संविदा के आधार पर हैं। अनुबंध की प्रारंभिक अवधि 31 मार्च 2027 तक होगी, और आगे का नवीनीकरण/समाप्ति पूरी तरह से प्रदर्शन और योजना की निरंतरता के आधार पर होगी।

4. केवल स्थानीय उम्मीदवार ही पदों के लिए पात्र हैं, और स्थानीय उम्मीदवारों के पास यूटी लद्दाख में लागू किसी भी नियम, विनियम या आदेश में निर्धारित लद्दाख निवास प्रमाण पत्र/डोमिसिल प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए।

5. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एनएचएम दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार नियुक्ति प्राधिकरण के साथ एक अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर करने होंगे।

6. यदि अधिकारियों द्वारा आवश्यक मानदंडों के अंतर्गत नहीं पाया जाता है तो आवेदन खारिज किए जा सकते हैं।

7. उम्मीदवारों को इस उद्देश्य के लिए गठित चयन समिति के समक्ष साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा।

8. मिशन निदेशक, एनएचएम, लद्दाख के पास किसी भी स्तर पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने, संशोधित करने या अमान्य करने का अधिकार होगा। इस संबंध में मिशन निदेशक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
