Educational Qualifications & GATE 2025 Requirement

Executive Trainee Electrical/Mechanical: Full time BE/BTech/AMIE in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engg, Mechanical, Mechanical & Automation with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST). Must have qualified GATE 2025 in Electrical or Mechanical.
Executive Trainee Civil: Full time BE/BTech/AMIE in Civil Engg. min 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Must have qualified GATE 2025 in Civil.
Executive Trainee IT: Full time BE/BTech/AMIE in Computer Science/IT/Comp. Engg. min 65% marks (55% for SC). Must have qualified GATE 2025 in CS & IT.

Compensation & Posting

Pay scale: ₹50,000–3%–1,60,000 (IDA); Min. monthly emoluments ~₹1,00,000
Allowance: DA, HRA, Cafeteria, LBA, medical, PRP, uniform, PF, superannuation benefits, etc. per rules
Service Agreement Bond: ₹2,50,000 (GEN/EWS/OBCNCL); ₹1,25,000 (SC/ST); for 5 years (incl. training)
Posting: 1-year training at various NEEPCO sites; thereafter, transferable posting pan-India
