Eligibility

Qualification:
Two years full time Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / Program in Management with specialization in HR/IR/PM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or Masters in Social Work / MHROD or MBA with HR major/minor, with at least 65% marks. Recognized Indian Institutes or approved universities only. -
Age Limit:
Max 29 years as on last date of online application (relaxation as per Government rules).
Selection Process

Online Selection Test (All India basis) comprising Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) & Executive Aptitude Test (EAT).

Based on merit, shortlisted for Personal Interview / GD.
Test Centers: Choose any two cities as preference; NTPC reserves right to alter test centers.

Application fee: ₹500/- for General/EWS/OBC (No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/XSM/female candidates).

Payment via State Bank of India (offline/online).

Upload all required documents as per instructions in official notification.

Important: Only online mode accepted. Incomplete/ineligible applications will be rejected.
Compensation & Posting
-
Training for one year at various NTPC locations.

Pay Scale (IDA): ₹40,000–1,40,000 (E1 Grade) + allowances.

Postings can be anywhere in India, at NTPC Projects/Stations, Subsidiaries/JVs.
