Eligible and qualified candidates are invited to appear for walk-in-interview, for the following temporary posts to be engaged by the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Competent Authority for Land Acquisition,
for carrying out the land acquisition proceedings for developement of existing NH1 from existing Km 8,660 to 33.775 from Sumbal to Wayul, as a part of Srinagarring mad subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria laid down as under against each post.

The Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. He/ She should have at least three years of experience in handling land acquisition proceedings. Proficiency in English
and Urdu is a must.
OR The Candidate shall be revenue expert and shall not be below the rank of Retired Girdawar Qanoongo who shall
also have experience of working in office.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Candidates are requested to fill in the application for (attached along with this notification) duly complete in all respects. The complete application form has to be submitted at the venue of the interview for wenfication along with original documents, one set of attested coples of requisite documents and three recent passport size photographs, Interview will be conducted and based on the credentials & performance in the personal interview of the candidates. The engagement order shall be issued only after the verification of character antecedents.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The posts are temporary and are for the duration of the Land acquisition proceedings development of existing NH 1 from existing Km 8,660 to 33,775 from Sumbal to Wayul, as a part of Srinagar ring road
The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated salary as mentioned above and as per the circular instructions drawn from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview or joining the duties. The selected candidates will be required to join their duties within a week from the date of issue of the appointment order. Any corrigendum/darifications to this notification find. Date & Place of interview), if necessary, will be uploaded on district website (www.bandipora.nic.in) and no separate press coverage wil be gher in the
newspaper.
The Competent Authority for Land Acquisition, Bandipora reserves the right to cancel any or all of the posts without assigning any reason. Retired revenue Officials who are willing to apply for these positions must
provide the following documents along with their application An integrity Certificate from a competent authority
A pay Certificate indicating the last pay drawn.
A copy of the pension payment order (PPO). Amedical certificate issued by competent authority.
