जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार, जिला आयुक्त कार्यालय बारामुला विज्ञापन सूचना। विषय: जिला महिला अधिकारिता केंद्र (DHEW) – मिशन शक्ति बारामुला के संबंध में पदों के लिए विज्ञापन। आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होने की प्रारंभिक तिथि: 15-07-2026, आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि: 05-08-2026।

Applications are invited on prescribed format from eligible candidates for below mentioned posts purely on temporary/contractual basis on consolidated honorarium as per guideline/norms of the scheme.

The candidates must be a resident of District Baramulla and must possess Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority on format prescribed for the purpose on or before the last date of submission of application form in accordance with notifications issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide S.O 1229(E) dated: 31.03.2020 and S.O 1245(E) dated: 30.04.2020 read with the General Administration Department, Government of J&K vide S.O 166 dated: 18.05.2020 respectively. The post is advertised for the hiring of staff regarding District Hub for Empowerment of Women-Baramulla (Mission Shakti) established under Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

योजना के दिशानिर्देशों/मानदंडों के अनुसार समेकित मानदेय पर विशुद्ध रूप से अस्थायी/अनुबंध के आधार पर पात्र उम्मीदवारों से निर्धारित प्रारूप पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। उम्मीदवारों को जिला बारामुला का निवासी होना चाहिए और उनके पास सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अंतिम तिथि से पहले जारी किया गया अधिवास (डोमिसाइल) प्रमाण पत्र होना अनिवार्य है।

Criteria for short-Listing for the post:

Candidates shall be shortlisted based on the merit of their educational qualification points (Mandatory qualification for the said post) in the ratio of 1:5 i.e 5 candidates for one post.

No individual interview call letters shall be issued. No TA/DA will be paid.
Selected candidate shall be intimated through print and electronic media and candidates may be required to bring original testimonials for verification.
Any misrepresentation of facts on the application form disturbing the short listing may invite legal action/disqualification.

शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग मानदंड: उम्मीदवारों को उनके शैक्षणिक योग्यता अंकों के आधार पर 1:5 के अनुपात में शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। कोई व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। कोई टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।

Criteria for final Selection for the post:

Academic Qualification: Graduation:- 70 points (on Pro-rata Basis) and Post Graduation:- 10 points for post-graduation in relevant field
Viva-voce: – 20 points

अंतिम चयन मानदंड: स्नातक योग्यता: 70 अंक (प्रो-राटा आधार पर), स्नातकोत्तर योग्यता: संबंधित क्षेत्र में स्नातकोत्तर के लिए 10 अंक, तथा मौखिक परीक्षा (Viva-voce): 20 अंक।

Terms and conditions:

The engagement/ hiring of the staff is purely on temporary basis initially for a period of one year, on consolidated honorarium as per the guidelines of the scheme, subject to the satisfactory performance, continuation of the scheme and funding from the government.
The Consolidated honorarium of the posts will be decided by the Competent Authority as per the revised guidelines of Mission Shakti, notified by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, GOI, Vide No. WW-23/1/2021-WW, Dated 14-07-2022.
Applicant must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of J&K.
Applicants should be medically fit for field visits in different blocks/villages of District Baramulla.
The engagement being a temporary arrangement is terminable if the performance is not satisfactory as assessed by the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate/District Development Commissioner.
There shall be no right to seek permanent absorption in any department or regularization of any sort (Agreement for the same sworn before judicial Magistrate 1st Class needed to be executed upon selection before joining).
Candidates must possess the required eligibility/qualification by or before the last date submission of the application form.
Any claim regarding qualification made after the closing date of receiving application forms shall not be entertained. The last date of receipt of application forms shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility.
Candidate must have good moral character.
Candidates have to apply separately for each post. If any candidate is shortlisted for interview for more than one post applied for, he/she shall have to indicate his/her preference at the time of interview on given proforma so that a candidate is selected for one post only in final selection lists.
No. of posts can be increased or decreased any time and the Selection Committee has the right to reject any application on relevant grounds.
The Selection Committee at any time reserves the right to cancel/pull in abeyance the advertisement notice without assigning any reason thereof.
The Selection list to be issued shall be provisional and subject to the verification report regarding authenticity of the documents from the issuing bodies/organizations. Any adverse report received regarding the documents produced based on which selection is obtained shall invite legal/penal action under relevant rules/laws and selection so obtained shall be cancelled ab initio.

नियम एवं शर्तें: कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति विशुद्ध रूप से अस्थायी आधार पर प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगी। आवेदक को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए। जिला बारामुला के विभिन्न ब्लॉक और गांवों में फील्ड दौरों के लिए उम्मीदवारों को शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए। नियमितीकरण या स्थायी अवशोषण का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।
