The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) activities, including:

Calling and following up with US insurance companies

Managing and resolving international medical claims

Verification of Benefits (VOB) for medical claims

Working on claim status checks, denials, and follow-ups

Ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution

Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (On-site only)

Eligibility and Shift Details:
