Essential Qualifications
- Officer Trainee (Finance): CA / ICWA (CMA) Pass.
- Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Age Limit
Maximum age 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
Compensation Package
- During Training: Basic Pay ₹40,000/- plus IDA, HRA, and perks @12% of basic pay.
- On Regularization: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 (IDA).
- CTC: ₹11.00 lakh (Training), ₹22.50 lakh (After Training).
Service Agreement Bond
- ₹5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates.
- ₹2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (plus taxes).

- ₹500/- (Non-refundable).
- Exempted for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 2 Hours.
- Sections:
- Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) – 120 Questions
- Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) – 50 Questions
- Negative marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer.
- Group Discussion, Behavioral Assessment & Personal Interview
- Weightage: CBT – 85%, GD – 3%, Interview – 12%.
Qualifying Marks in CBT
- UR/EWS: 40% (minimum 30% in each section).
- Reserved: 30% (minimum 25% in each section).
