Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit & Remuneration

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferably retired Officers of PNB or other Public Sector Banks (PSBs), including RRBs, shall be considered for engagement as Financial Literacy Counsellor.
Candidates should have been honorably retired from the Bank.
Should be able to work independently and have computer knowledge, especially of programs like MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and be able to operate the internet.
Age as on date of engagement should not be more than 63 years.
Initial engagement shall be for 3 years, subject to review on a yearly basis, with a 1-year extension subject to the production of a medical certificate of good health from the CMO (upper age limit of 65 years).
