Qualification	MBA /BBA In Marketing or a related Master’s Degree
Experience	3+ Years in Marketing
Key Responsibilities	* Generate and onboard new farmers into the HDP program. * Identify and convert potential farmers through field outreach and campaigns. * Conduct meetings, workshops, and promotional activities to increase program awareness. * Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and local stakeholders. * Track leads, monitor campaign performance, and achieve enrollment targets.
Skills	* Strong understanding of growth strategy, customer engagement, and market development. * Proven ability to scale businesses and drive commercial growth. * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to travel extensively.
