Location	Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir
Qualification	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience	6-15 years of experience in growth, market development, business development, commercial leadership, or related roles.
Key Responsibilities	– Lead growth and market development initiatives for Qul’s Orchard Development business, driving market expansion, customer engagement, and business growth. – Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, farmer outreach programmes, field campaigns, demonstrations, and ecosystem partnerships. – Identify new business opportunities, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and enhance adoption of Qul’s products and services. – Generate market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and establish lead-generation and conversion frameworks. – Track growth metrics, drive execution excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. – Build and lead high-performing market development teams capable of scaling impact across regions.
Skills	– Strong understanding of growth strategy, customer engagement, and market development. – Proven ability to scale businesses and drive commercial growth. – Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. – Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities. – Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to travel extensively.
