Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR function in day-to-day operations and overall HR strategy.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
