Royal Group is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of a luxury property located in the scenic region of Gulmarg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership in line with luxury hospitality standards.

The Key Responsibilities for this position include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the property across all departments.
Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and staff.
Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
Implement SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Represent the property with guests, owners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Hotel Leader in luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise.
