Eligibility Criteria, Qualification & Age Limit (as on 24.08.2026)
- Maximum Age Limit:
- 35 Years for Deputy Manager (IT).
- 30 Years for all Assistant Manager posts.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 1st Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with minimum 60% marks AND 3 years post-qualification experience as an Executive/Officer.
- Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Full Time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective, or 2-year full-time PG Diploma in Management (HR elective).
- Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com degree along with CA/ICWA.
- Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Full Time Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper/Electronics/Printing) AND 2-year PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Material Management/Store Management/Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class Full Time MCA or 1st Class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
- Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or English (with English/Hindi at Graduation level) AND 2 years experience in translation.
- Assistant Manager (Safety): Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Physics/Chemistry with relevant factory supervisory experience AND Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
