Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Division of Plant Biotechnology, Faculty of Horticulture, Shalimar, Srinagar has issued an advertisement notice for a research position.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a research project focused on the pharmacokinetic evaluation and mechanism of newly discovered plant-based androgen receptor targeting molecules against recurrent prostate cancer. The position is temporary and purely on a contractual basis, co-terminus with the project.
Position Details:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 01 Post
Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. Biotechnology / Molecular Biology (or equivalent) with at least 60% marks.
Desirable Qualification:
Candidates with NET/GATE or other accredited tests.
Prior research experience in:
- Animal Cell Culture
- Western Blotting
- siRNA Mediated Gene Knock Down
Monthly Emoluments:
As per ANRF norms.
Research opportunities at SKUAST-K allow scholars to engage in high-impact medical and agricultural biotechnology studies in Srinagar.
