SKIMS Medical College Bemina, Srinagar has invited applications from eligible candidates of UT of J&K for the engagement of Counselor and Nurse on a contractual basis for the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF).

स्किम्स मेडिकल कॉलेज बेमिना, श्रीनगर ने जम्मू-कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के पात्र उम्मीदवारों से एडिक्शन ट्रीटमेंट फैसिलिटी (एटीएफ) के लिए अनुबंध आधार पर काउंसलर और नर्स की नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं।

The facility is supported by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MOSJE), Government of India, nationally coordinated by National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS New Delhi.

यह सुविधा भारत सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय (एमओएसजेई) द्वारा समर्थित है, जिसका राष्ट्रीय समन्वय एम्स नई दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय नशा निर्भरता उपचार केंद्र (एनडीडीटीसी) द्वारा किया जाता है।

Total Vacancies: 02 (One Counselor + One Nurse).

कुल रिक्तियां: 02 (एक काउंसलर + एक नर्स)।

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- per month (consolidated) for both positions.

पारिश्रमिक: दोनों पदों के लिए 20,000 रुपये प्रति माह (समेकित)।

Age Limit: Below 18 years – not eligible. Above 42 years – not eligible.

Domicile Requirement: Candidate must be a domicile of J&K UT.

1. The candidate must be domicile of J&K UT.

2. Selection shall be purely on the basis of merit obtained in the written test.

3. Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to permanent absorption.

4. Initial term up to 31st March 2027, extendable yearly subject to scheme continuation and fund availability (max 3 years). Unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination without prior notice.

5. Consolidated remuneration inclusive of all allowances as per local norms.

6. Selected candidate must submit an affidavit that no claim for regular appointment/extension will be made.

7. Age: Below 18 years or above 42 years not eligible.

8. In-service candidates are not eligible.
