Candidates are required to download the application form from the official website. A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid to the CD-10 account at the J&K Bank Branch located within the SKIMS Medical College Premises.

The original bank receipt must be attached to the completed application form before submission to the Academic Section of SKIMS MCH, Bemina.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MBBS/BDS with Postgraduation in the concerned specialty. The degree must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or Dental Council of India (DCI) as per the latest regulations.
Result Status: Candidates with a valid result notification from their respective University can be considered.
Age Limit: Applicants should not be more than 45 years of age as of 01.01.2025.
Exclusion Note: Candidates currently serving or who have already completed Senior Residency within or outside this institution are debarred from applying.

The prescribed application form must be affixed with a recent passport-size photograph and accompanied by self-attested copies of the following certificates:

Date of Birth Certificate (10th/Secondary School Exam).
Internship Completion Certificate.
Permanent / Additional Degree Registration Certificate of J&K Medical Council.
MD / MS / MDS / DNB Degree (or result notification).
Medical Fitness Certificate.
NOC from the parent department (for PSC confirmed candidates).
