Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for temporary positions under the DST-sponsored project “COE-AMRDPRA: Centre of Excellence for Exploring Challenges of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Drivers and Potential Antimicrobial Alternatives in a One Health Approach.”

1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE-I
• Salary: As per DST norms
• Essential Qualification: Ph.D. Microbiology / Medical Microbiology / Biotechnology
• Desired Qualification: Experience in R&D projects related to AMR, molecular diagnostics, diagnostic kit development, AI-based tools, and data management. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant publications and patents.
2. PROJECT ASSOCIATE-I
• Salary: As per DST norms
• Essential Qualification: Masters in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Clinical Biochemistry
• Desired Qualification: Experience in molecular biology techniques, particularly digital PCR and microscopy. Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing a Ph.D. as part of the project.
3. PROJECT ASSISTANT
• Salary: As per DST norms
• Essential Qualification: Masters in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Clinical Biochemistry
• Desired Qualification: Experience in basic molecular biology techniques and cell culture. Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing a Ph.D. as part of the project.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: No TA/DA shall be provided for appearing in the interview. The position is temporary, and the appointee shall have no claim for absorption in SKUAST-K. The date and time of the interview will be communicated separately.
