SECTION-A: Regular positions

1. General Manager (C&P)/ (E-8)

Pay scale: ₹120000-280000 (IDA)

No. of posts: 01 (UR)

Minimum Qualification: Essential: Applicant should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Civil/ Mechanical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized University/

Institute. Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized Institute/University.

Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in an executive position in renewable energy/ power sector in an organization out of which at least 05 years

experience in last 10 years of service in handling high value contracts in power sector/ projects plant & machinery, operation & maintenance/ EPC based PMC

Projects/manufacturing tender for solar PV module and miscellaneous tenders for services such as IT/ Manpower/ Admin procurement/etc.

i. Candidate if working on a regular basis in PSU/ Govt should have completed at least 2 years of service in the payscale of ₹1,00,000-2,60,000/-

(IDA) or higher grade (IDA) or equivalent CDA grade (Level-13 Rs (123100-215900) (revised)/PB-4+GP 8700 (pre-revised)).

ii. Candidate if working in Private Sector should have 02 years of service in a Listed Company or Company of repute having audited average turnover of Rs. 5000 crore or more in last three financial years. In addition, the candidate should be drawing annual CTC of Rs.50 lakhs (excluding medical) in the last financial year.

सोलर/पावर इंजीनियरिंग/पावर सिस्टम्स इंजीनियरिंग/एनर्जी इंजीनियरिंग/रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी इंजीनियरिंग में इंजीनियरिंग स्नातक होना चाहिए। वांछनीय: मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान/विश्वविद्यालय से 60% अंकों या समकक्ष सीजीपीए के साथ सामग्री प्रबंधन/आपूर्ति श्रृंखला प्रबंधन/लॉजिस्टिक्स प्रबंधन में दो वर्षीय स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री या डिप्लोमा।

अनुभव: उम्मीदवारों के पास नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा/बिजली क्षेत्र में किसी संगठन में कार्यकारी पद पर न्यूनतम 22 वर्ष का योग्यता उत्तर अनुभव होना चाहिए, जिसमें से सेवा के अंतिम 10 वर्षों में से कम से कम 05 वर्षों का अनुभव बिजली क्षेत्र/परियोजना संयंत्र और मशीनरी में उच्च मूल्य के अनुबंधों को संभालने, संचालन और रखरखाव/ईपीसी आधारित पीएमसी

परियोजनाओं/सोलर पीवी मॉड्यूल के लिए विनिर्माण निविदा और आईटी/मैनपावर/एडमिन खरीद/इत्यादि जैसी सेवाओं के लिए विविध निविदाओं का होना चाहिए। i. पीएसयू/सरकार में नियमित आधार पर कार्यरत उम्मीदवार को

₹1,00,000-2,60,000/- (आईडीए) या उच्च ग्रेड (आईडीए) या समकक्ष सीडीए ग्रेड (स्तर-13 रुपये (123100-215900) (संशोधित)/पीबी-4+जीपी 8700 (पूर्व-संशोधित)) के वेतनमान में कम से कम 2 साल की सेवा पूरी करनी चाहिए।

ii. निजी क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले उम्मीदवार के पास सूचीबद्ध कंपनी या प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी में 02 साल की सेवा होनी चाहिए, जिसका पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्षों में लेखापरीक्षित औसत कारोबार 5000 करोड़ रुपये या उससे अधिक हो। इसके अलावा, उम्मीदवार को पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में 50 लाख रुपये (चिकित्सा को छोड़कर) का वार्षिक सीटीसी मिल रहा होना चाहिए ।

2. Deputy General Manager (Legal)/ (E-6)

Pay scale: ₹90000-240000 (IDA)

Minimum Qualification: ESSENTIAL: Graduate with 3 years LLB or 5 years LLB integrated course. DESIRABLE: LLM as an added qualification.

Experience: Candidate should possess a minimum of 13 years of post qualification in line experience in executive position in an organization of repute in the area of legal services. Candidate should have worked in the following areas: i. Drafting/scrutinizing/vetting of commercial deeds/documents including, inter-alia, instruments,

affidavits, deeds, agreements, contracts, MoU/indemnity bonds/bank guarantees/consortium & collaboration agreements/pleadings/legal due diligence of loan proposals, etc. ii. Handling legal/court cases including arbitration/disciplinary proceedings/labour/service matters, etc.

iii. Handling of regulatory affairs with entities such as CERC/SERC, APTEL etc. Desirable: i. Experience in legal due diligence relating to renewable energy projects, project financing, security concession documents, PPAs, agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, land matters and infrastructure projects. ii. Ability to independently handle documentation and complex legal assignments.

iii. Ensuring compliance of statutory requirements and regulatory matters by the company under various laws. iv. Handled RTI matters and rendering legal opinion/advice on various matters/cases involving legal opinion/action.

I. Candidate, if working on regular basis in PSU/Government sector, should be working at the level immediate below the level of E-6 in respective organization. The candidate must have minimum 02 years of experience in E5 Grade or above of SECI in pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA) or CDA grade Level-12 (78800-209200) (revised)/ (PB-3 + GP Rs. 7600 (pre revised).

II. Candidate, if working in Private Sector should have 02 years of service in a Listed Company or Company of repute having average audited turnover of Rs. 5000 Cr or more in last three financial years. In addition, the candidate should be drawing annual CTC of Rs. 20 lakhs (excluding medical) in last financial year.

2. उप महाप्रबंधक (कानूनी) / (ई-6)

वेतनमान: ₹90000-240000 (आईडीए)

पदों की संख्या: 01 (अनारक्षित)

न्यूनतम योग्यता: अनिवार्य: 3 वर्ष एलएलबी या 5 वर्ष एलएलबी एकीकृत पाठ्यक्रम के साथ स्नातक। वांछनीय: अतिरिक्त योग्यता के रूप में एलएलएम।

अनुभव: उम्मीदवार के पास कानूनी सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में किसी प्रतिष्ठित संगठन में कार्यकारी पद पर न्यूनतम 13 वर्ष का योग्यता उत्तर अनुभव होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार को निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में काम करना चाहिए था:

i. वाणिज्यिक विलेखों/दस्तावेजों का मसौदा तैयार करना/जांच करना/जांच करना। ii. मध्यस्थता/अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही/श्रम/सेवा मामलों आदि सहित कानूनी/अदालती मामलों को संभालना। iii. सीईआरसी/एसईआरसी, एप्टेल आदि जैसी संस्थाओं के साथ नियामक मामलों को संभालना। वांछनीय:

नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं, परियोजना वित्तपोषण, भूमि मामलों और बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं से संबंधित कानूनी उचित परिश्रम में अनुभव। पीएसयू/सरकारी क्षेत्र में नियमित आधार पर काम करने वाले उम्मीदवार को संबंधित संगठन में ई-6 के स्तर से ठीक नीचे के स्तर पर कार्यरत होना चाहिए।

निजी क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले उम्मीदवार के पास 5000 करोड़ रुपये या उससे अधिक के औसत लेखापरीक्षित टर्नओवर वाली कंपनी में 02 साल की सेवा होनी चाहिए और अंतिम वित्तीय वर्ष में 20 लाख रुपये का वार्षिक सीटीसी होना चाहिए।

3. Dy Manager (EMD)/ (E-3)

Pay scale: ₹60000-180000 (IDA)

No. of posts: 01 (UR)

Minimum Qualification: ESSENTIAL: Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/ Electrical& Electronics/Solar/ Renewable Energy/Power System/ or similar other engineering streams with minimum 60% marks. DESIRABLE: PG Degree in relevant field.

Experience: Candidate should possess a minimum of 04 years of post qualification in-line experience in executive position in an organization of repute in the field of Power Trading out of which minimum 02 years of experience should be in the market-based operations. Candidate should possess following:

i. Strong understanding of power market dynamics (including Renewable Energy Market), trading strategies, and regulatory requirements (like IEGC, GNA, DSM, etc.).

ii. Familiarity with the trading platforms and algorithms of power exchanges (like IEX, PXIL, etc.) and OTC market. iii. Well versed with the scheduling procedure under GNA/T-GNA regime and with the RLDCs/SLDCs/NLDC scheduling portals and load forecasting.

iv. Techno-commercial understanding of Long Term, Medium Term/Short Term Contracts (PPA & PSA). v. Hands on experience of commercial activities like Rebate, Change in Law, Late Payment Surcharge, etc.

I. Candidate, if working on regular basis in PSU/Government sector, should be working at the level immediate below the level of E-3 in respective organization.

The candidate must have minimum 02 years of experience in E2 Grade or above of SECI in pay scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/- (IDA) or CDA grade [Level-8 (47600-151100) (revised)/PB-2+GP Rs 4800] (pre revised).

II. Candidate, if working in Private Sector should have 02 years of service in a Listed Company or Company of repute having average audited turnover of Rs. 5000 Cr or more in last three financial years. In addition, the candidate should be drawing annual CTC of Rs. 12 lakhs (excluding medical) in last financial year.

3. उप प्रबंधक (ईएमडी) / (ई-3)

वेतनमान: ₹60000-180000 (आईडीए)

पदों की संख्या: 01 (अनारक्षित)

न्यूनतम योग्यता: अनिवार्य: न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ इलेक्ट्रिकल/इलेक्ट्रिकल एंड इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/सोलर/रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी/पावर सिस्टम/या इसी तरह की अन्य इंजीनियरिंग धाराओं में फुल-टाइम बी.टेक/बी.ई। वांछनीय: संबंधित क्षेत्र में पीजी डिग्री।

अनुभव: पावर ट्रेडिंग के क्षेत्र में किसी प्रतिष्ठित संगठन में कार्यकारी पद पर न्यूनतम 04 वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए, जिसमें से कम से कम 02 वर्ष का अनुभव बाजार-आधारित संचालन में होना चाहिए। पीएसयू उम्मीदवारों के पास ई2 ग्रेड में 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए और निजी क्षेत्र के उम्मीदवारों के पास 12 लाख रुपये के वार्षिक सीटीसी के साथ 5000 करोड़ रुपये के टर्नओवर वाली कंपनी में 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

4. Deputy Manager (Engineering) – Civil /(E-3)

Pay scale: ₹60000-180000 (IDA)

No. of posts: 01* (OBC-NCL)

Minimum Qualification: ESSENTIAL: Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Civil with minimum 60% marks. DESIRABLE: M.Tech in relevant field.

Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 4 years of post qualification in-line experience in executive position in an organization of repute in designing various civil structures, design of steel and RCC superstructure, foundations, fabrication of steel members

e.g., beam, column, bracing. Hands-on experience in Software like Staad pro/ Tekla/ ANSYS, etc. will be preferred. i. Candidate, if working on regular basis in PSU/Government sector, should be working at the level immediate below the level of E-3 in respective organization.

The candidate must have minimum 02 years of experience in E2 Grade or above of SECI in pay scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/- (IDA) or CDA grade [Level- 8 (47600-151100) (revised)/PB-2+GP Rs 4800] (pre revised).

ii. Candidate, if working in Private Sector should have 02 years of service in a Listed Company or Company of repute having average audited turnover of Rs. 5000 Cr or more in last three financial years. 4. उप प्रबंधक (इंजीनियरिंग) – सिविल / (ई-3)

न्यूनतम योग्यता: अनिवार्य: न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ सिविल में फुल-टाइम बी.टेक/बी.ई। वांछनीय: संबंधित क्षेत्र में एम.टेक।

अनुभव: विभिन्न सिविल संरचनाओं के डिजाइन, स्टील और आरसीसी सुपरस्ट्रक्चर के डिजाइन में कार्यकारी पद पर न्यूनतम 4 वर्ष का अनुभव। स्टैड प्रो/टेकऑफ़/एनसिस जैसे सॉफ्टवेयर का अनुभव पसंदीदा।

5. Deputy Manager (IT)/ (E-3)

Pay scale: ₹60,000-1,80,000 (IDA)

Minimum Qualification: Full-time BE/ B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Masters in Computer Application with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University.

Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum 4 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in two or more of the following areas: i. Application Development & Enterprise Solutions ii. Network & Information Security

iii. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Computing iv. Digital Transformation & Emerging Technologies Integration v. System Integration & Automation vi. IT Operations & Service Management. Service/PSU/Private criteria same as E-3 level above.

5. उप प्रबंधक (आईटी) / (ई-3)

वेतनमान: ₹60,000-1,80,000 (आईडीए)

6. Accounts Officer/ (E-1)

Pay scale: ₹40000-140000 (IDA)

Minimum Qualification: CA or CMA or 2 Years full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks from a reputed institute.

Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 01 year post qualification in line experience in executive position in an organization of repute in any of the following areas:

Resource Mobilization/ Budgeting and Costing/ Commercial Finance/ MIS/ Internal Control/ Payroll Processing/Power Trading Audit and Taxation/Accounting/ Financial Reporting/ Treasury Management, etc. i. PSU/Govt candidate must have min 1 year experience in Rs. 30,000-1,20,000/- (IDA) or CDA Level-6. ii. Private sector candidate must have 1 year service in company with turnover of Rs 5000 Cr+ and drawing CTC of Rs 8 lakhs (excluding medical).

6. लेखा अधिकारी / (ई-1)

वेतनमान: ₹40000-140000 (आईडीए)

न्यूनतम योग्यता: सीए या सीएमए या वित्त में विशेषज्ञता के साथ 2 साल का पूर्णकालिक एमबीए (न्यूनतम 60% अंक)।

7. Officer (HR & Admin.)/ E-1

8. Engineer (Corporate Planning)/ (E-1)

Minimum Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 01 year post qualification in-line experience in executive position in an organization of repute among the Renewable Energy developer/ Power sector companies.

The candidate should have understanding of the Indian power sector, renewable energy ecosystem, and relevant Government policies. Desirable: Experience in Project and Engineering Planning. PSU/Govt & Private criteria same as E-1 level above (CTC Rs 8 Lakhs).

8. इंजीनियर (कॉर्पोरेट प्लानिंग) / (ई-1)

वेतनमान: ₹40000-140000 (आईडीए)

SECTION-B: Fixed Term Executives Positions

Initial engagement for 3 years, extendable upto 2 additional years based on project requirements and performance. Posting can be anywhere in India.

आरंभिक जुड़ाव 3 वर्षों के लिए, परियोजना आवश्यकताओं और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर 2 अतिरिक्त वर्षों तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है। पोस्टिंग भारत में कहीं भी हो सकती है ।

1. Officer (Legal)/ (FTE: E-1)

Approximate CTC: Rs. 8.3 lacs p.a.- 10.2 lacs p.a/-

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in relevant Engineering discipline (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical).

Experience: Candidates should possess minimum 01 year post qualification in-line experience in Power Sector preferably Renewable Energy Sector.

Application Fee & Compensation Package

APPLICATION FEE: Regular Positions: Rs. 1000/-; Fixed Term Positions: Rs. 500/-. SC/ST, Ex-servicemen and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees. Fees are non-refundable.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Regular Positions receive Basic Pay, DA, HRA, PF, Medical, Gratuity, NPS, Post-retirement medical, advances, Leave Encashment, etc. Fixed Term Positions receive market aligned fixed pay, HRA/Accommodation, Mediclaim, Conveyance, Mobile charges, etc.
