JOB DESCRIPTION – ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor calls for quality assurance.
- Develop effective call scripts and sales pitches.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual callers.
- Achieve individual calling targets.
- Maintain detailed records of call activity and customer feedback.
