Applications are invited against the re-advertis ement no 03 SSCL of 2022 for the engagement of
eligible persons against the following vacancies on contractual basis.

Terms and Conditions:
The candidates shall possess and demonst rate a good track record and expertise in the field
of Engineering (Consultant-Civil Engineer) and Revenue (Consultant- Revenue).
The consultants have to work in Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC) and Srinagar Smart
City Limited (SSCL) as may be required.
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis for a period of one year only extendable
further subject to the requirement of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC) and Srinagar
Smart City Limited (SSCL) and satisfactory performance of the selected candidate.
The candidate’s contract can be terminated with 01 Month notice or with remittance of one

month pay in lieu thereof.Further, ifa candidatewhishes to leave the services, he/ she have
to give one month’s notice or remittan ce of one month’s salary in lieu there of.
Candidate shall have to submit a declaration that he / she has not be charged/ convicted
bythe Hon’ble Court nor dismissed/ removed/compulsory retired by way of punishment
from the service of any Public/ Private Sector Undertaking orfrom Government Department
and that the/she has not been declared in solvent by any court and that there is no enquiry/
vigilance/crime case pending against him/her.
Candi date shall have to submit an affidavit that he/she shall not make any claim for further
extension/abs orption in Mass Rapid Transit Corporat ion (MRTC) and Srinagar Smart City
Limited (SSCL) or J&K Gover nment beyond Contract Period of one year.
The candidates shall be less than 65years of age ason 31-03-2022.
The application form as per the endosed format shall reach the office of Chief Executive
Officer, Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL), 1* Floor Bud shah Building Lal Chowk by or before
4 PM on 14-07-2022. No delay on this account ind uding postal delay shall be accepted.
