Remuneration (Annual CTC Upper Range)
- Head: up to ₹1.35 Cr
- Zonal Head: up to ₹97 Lakhs
- Regional Head: up to ₹66.4 Lakhs
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: up to ₹51.8 Lakhs
- Investment Specialist: up to ₹44.5 Lakhs
- Investment Officer: up to ₹27.1 Lakhs
- Project Development Manager: up to ₹30.1 Lakhs
- Central Research Team Support: up to ₹20.6 Lakhs
CTC may include Fixed Pay, Conveyance/Mobile/Medical Allowances, and Performance Linked Pay. Eligible for annual increments and perks as per bank policy.
Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.05.2025)
- Head (Product, Investment & Research): Graduation/Post Graduation + CA/CFP/CFA/NISM/21A; Min. 15 yrs experience, including 8 yrs in Wealth Management.
- Zonal/Regional Head: Graduate/PG Degree, MBA/CFP/CFA/NISM preferable; Min. 12–15 yrs in Wealth Management/Banking, leadership experience preferred.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduate (prefer MBA), Min. 8 yrs in relationship management, leading team preferred.
- Investment Specialist: PG/PGDBM in Finance, CA/CFA preferable; Min. 6 yrs as investment advisor/counsellor.
- Investment Officer: PG/PGDBM in Finance, CA/CFA preferable; Min. 4 yrs as investment advisor/counsellor.
- Project Development Manager (Business): MBA/PGDM, Min. 5 yrs in Wealth Management/Business Process.
- Central Research Team Support: Graduate/PG in Commerce/Finance/Statistics; Min. 3 yrs relevant experience, strong MS Excel/analytics skills.
Age Limit: Varies by post, generally 25–50 years (relaxation as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting (based on eligibility and experience; mere fulfilment does not guarantee interview call)
- Interview – 100 marks (qualifying marks as per Bank’s discretion)
- CTC Negotiation (if shortlisted)
Merit list prepared based on interview performance only; in event of tie at cut-off, higher age gets preference.
