Salary Package:
• ₹50,000/- per month & above (Negotiable based on experience)

Essential Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com / M.Ed.) in regular mode + B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head/Principal of a reputed institution
• M.Ed. / M.Phil. in Education (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Proven track record in academic excellence and institutional development
• Excellent communication skills and technology proficiency
