* Handle tour inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins & online leads)

* Prepare itineraries & quotation

* Convert leads into confirmed bookings

* Sell Kashmir tour packages, hotels, transport & experiences

* Maintain and add Travel agents.

* Maintain client follow-ups and booking records

* Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, Calls & Emails

* Achieve monthly targets

* Maintain Sales Record.

🧩 Candidate Requirements

* Must be from Srinagar OR Srinagar-based (Non-Negotiable)

* Experience in Travel Agency OR Hotel.

* Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years in the Tourism Industry

* Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Kashmiri preferred)

* Good knowledge of Kashmir destinations & tourism

* Sales mindset with a customer-first approach

* Good Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT)
