Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic female travel consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for:
Building and nurturing relationships: Establishing rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences, and recommending customized itineraries based on their budget and interests.
Travel expertise: possessing a deep understanding of Kashmir’s diverse landscapes, attractions, and cultural experiences. Being able to curate unique and personalized itineraries that cater to various interests and travel styles.
Communication and negotiation: communicating effectively with clients via email, phone, and in person, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns. We are negotiating with hotels, transportation providers, and activity organizers to secure the best deals for our clients.
Booking and logistics: managing bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities, ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences. Handling all necessary travel documents and visas.
Sales and marketing: contributing to the agency’s sales and marketing efforts by promoting our tours and packages, attending travel fairs and events, and building relationships with travel partners.
Teamwork and collaboration: working closely with other team members, including tour guides, drivers, and operations staff, to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Ideal Candidate:
Female with a strong understanding of Kashmiri culture and geography.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and building rapport.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in travel booking systems and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about travel and sharing Kashmir’s beauty with the world.
