Qualification
1) Should be either graduate in agriculture/agriculture marketing/agri business menagement or BBA or equivalent.
Locally available professional with 10+2 and preferably diploma in agriculture or agriculture marketing/agri business management or in such other related areas may be preferable.
If any member of SHG or her family member meet the above criteria they will be considered preferably in the selection process. 1+ year of experience of working for farmers at grassroot level.
Remuneration
Maximum up to Rs.25,000/ month with annual increment up to 5% is to be provided.
