ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from the candidates as per the eligibility mentioned below for two (02) Positions of Project Associate – I in the DBT, Govt. of India funded research project entitled, “DBT BUILDER University of Jammu Interdisciplinary Life Science Programme for Advanced Research and Education”. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The applications complete in all respects should reach the office of the School of Biotechnology, University of Jammu within 15 days from the date of publishing of the advertisement in the newspaper.

Master’s Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Bioche- mistry from a recognized University or equivalent

Experience in handling Microbial techniques and Instrumentation.

Experience in purchase/handling of scientific equipments, data handling and documentation.

35 years

i) 31,000/-pm+16% HRAto candi- dates who are selected through

(a) National Eligibility Tests CSIR- UGC NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship), or GATE or

(b) A selection process through National level Examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions.

ii) 25,000 +16% HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.

*The positions are co-terminus with the project.

INTERVIEW: Eligible candidates will be informed about the date of interview via email/mobile no. All applicants are required to bring their original documents on the date of interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
