- General Qualification: Good Academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject with NET/SLET/SET qualification or Ph.D. Degree as per UGC Regulations.
- UIET (Engineering Disciplines): BE/B.Tech & ME/M.Tech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent.
- Selection Criteria Weightage (Out of 100 Marks):
- Academic Score: Maximum 80 Marks (Graduation, Post-Graduation, M.Phil, Ph.D, NET/JRF/SET, Awards)
- Research Publications: 10 Marks
- Teaching / Post-Doctoral Experience: 10 Marks
