Applications are invited from the candidates as per the eligibility
(see below) for one (01) position of Research Associate in the Project
entitled “Analyzing the Effectiveness of Governance Reforms in
Reorganized Jammu and Kashmir-A SERVQUAL Approach”|
sanctioned by the Research Project Scheme of ICSSR. The position is
purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Initial appointment|
will be for 1 year extendable til the life of the project based on satisfactory
work perfor-mance.

Eligibility: Post Graduation in Management with minimum 55 % of
marks with NETISLETIM.PhilPh. D.
Desirable: 1. Evidence of publications
2. Experience of working on SPSS/Smart PLS/ other
Softwares.
Remuneration per month: Rs. 25,000/- (Consolidated).
