ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGAGEMENT AS JUNIOR PROJECT FELLOW’S POSITION

Applications on plain paper from eligible candidates are invited for filling up ONE (01) position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in JK Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt.of UT of J&K funded research project.

The details of project are as under:

Project Title

Green and Sustainable Synthesis of Tacrine-Pyrazole Hybrid (Tacripyrazoles) Derivatives, Evaluation of Their Potential as Selective Inhibitors of Acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) and SAR Studies.

JK Science Technology & innovation Council, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of UT of J&K

Position

Junior Project Fellow (01)

Nature and duration of post

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The maximum duration is of two years. The PI and Institute reserves the right to terminate the engagement of JPF at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory.

Qualification

M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent. Students having NET/GATE or any research experience in Natural Products or in organic synthesis will be preferred.

Fellowship

INR 20,000/- per month (subjected to the release of funds by JKDST)
