one position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) for a period of one year initially extendable by another year depending upon performance of the JPF and subjected to the release of the funds from the funding agency to work in the project “Study of Microplastic in drinking water of Srinagar city: An alarming threat to human health” sanctioned by J and K Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir in favour of Dr. Sami Ullah Bhat, Sr. Assistant Professor, Department of Environmental Science, University of Kashmir Srinagar. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

PG in Environmental Science
Desirable qualification
Candidates having working experience in the field of water pollution/Aquatic science

Note: 1. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of information and documents submitted.
2. Mere, possessing the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate would be selected. The Candidate will be selected on the basis of merit, performance in interview and knowledge related to work elements of the project.
3. TA/DA is not admissible for appearing in the interview.
4. Interview will preferably be held offline and under certain circumstances online interview can be held at the request of the candidate/s providing reasonable justification for the same.
