Essential/Desirable Qualification/Specialization: Essential: B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech in a relevant branch with a first class in any one of the two degrees. (As per AICTE regulations dated March 1, 2019). Desirable: Ph.D.

Further, a candidate with direct Ph.D degree after B.E/B.Tech, is also eligible provided that the degree of Ph.D awarded is in relevant discipline by a recognized University following the process of registration, course work and evaluation, etc., as prescribed by UGC or has been awarded by the Institutes of National importance (i.e, IITs/IISc/NITs, etc.), duly recognized by the MHRD. Further, the candidate should have obtained at least a first class at the Bachelors level in Engineering/Technology. (As per AICTE regulations dated March 1, 2019).

The degree of Ph.D awarded is in a relevant discipline by a recognized foreign University/ Institute with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking (at any time) by any one of the following: (i) Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). (ii) The Times Higher Education (THE). Or (iii) The Academic Ranking of world Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai) as per the UGC regulations dated July 18, 2018.

आवश्यक/वांछनीय योग्यता/विशेषज्ञता: आवश्यक: बी.ई/बी.टेक और एम.ई/एम.टेक प्रासंगिक शाखा में दोनों में से किसी एक डिग्री में प्रथम श्रेणी के साथ। (1 मार्च, 2019 के एआईसीटीई नियमों के अनुसार)। वांछनीय: पीएचडी।

इसके अलावा, बी.ई/बी.टेक के बाद सीधे पीएचडी डिग्री वाला उम्मीदवार भी पात्र है, बशर्ते कि प्रदान की गई पीएचडी डिग्री यूजीसी द्वारा निर्धारित पंजीकरण, पाठ्यक्रम कार्य और मूल्यांकन आदि की प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा प्रासंगिक विषय में हो या एमएचआरडी द्वारा विधिवत मान्यता प्राप्त राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थानों (यानी, आईआईटी/आईआईएससी/एनआईटी, आदि) द्वारा प्रदान की गई हो। इसके अलावा, उम्मीदवार ने इंजीनियरिंग/प्रौद्योगिकी में स्नातक स्तर पर कम से कम प्रथम श्रेणी प्राप्त की हो। (1 मार्च, 2019 के एआईसीटीई नियमों के अनुसार)।

अथवा

18 जुलाई, 2018 के यूजीसी नियमों के अनुसार निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक द्वारा विश्व विश्वविद्यालय रैंकिंग में शीर्ष 500 में रैंकिंग के साथ एक मान्यता प्राप्त विदेशी विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान द्वारा प्रासंगिक विषय में पीएचडी की डिग्री प्रदान की गई हो: (i) क्वाक्वेरेली साइमंड्स (QS)। (ii) द टाइम्स हायर एजुकेशन (THE)। या (iii) शंघाई जिओ टोंग यूनिवर्सिटी (शंघाई) की एकेडमिक रैंकिंग ऑफ वर्ल्ड यूनिवर्सिटीज (ARWU)।

Terms & Conditions:

1. The applicants/Candidates in their own interest are advised to stay in touch with the concerned Dean of the School regarding the date, venue and time of the interview.

2. The applicants/candidates shall be required to deposit fee of Rs 250/= as application fee through online mode only.

3. The selected candidates shall have to submit an undertaking duly sworn-in before a 1st class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that;

i) The engagement shall be purely on need basis for the academic session-2026 and shall be terminated by the end of academic session or till the position is filled on substantive basis, whichever is earlier.

ii) The select candidate/s shall have no right, whatsoever, to claim for continuation or regularization on the basis of the above mentioned need based engagement.

iii) The wages of the appointees shall be fixed on the basis of their qualification possessed as on cut off/last date for submission of applications.

iv) He/she is in agreement with all terms & conditions as laid down in the advertisement notice dated 25-08-2026 in addition to other terms & conditions which the University may deem fit to implement from time totime including discontinuation.

v) He/she is not working in any Government or Semi-Government Department or any other Institute etc.

नियम एवं शर्तें:

1. आवेदकों/उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे साक्षात्कार की तिथि, स्थान और समय के संबंध में संबंधित स्कूल के डीन के संपर्क में रहें।

2. आवेदकों/उम्मीदवारों को केवल ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में 250 रुपये जमा करने होंगे।

3. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष विधिवत शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा;

i) जुड़ाव पूरी तरह से शैक्षणिक सत्र-2026 की आवश्यकता के आधार पर होगा और शैक्षणिक सत्र के अंत तक या पद को मूल आधार पर भरे जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो, समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।

ii) चयनित उम्मीदवार/उम्मीदवारों को उपरोक्त आवश्यकता आधारित जुड़ाव के आधार पर निरंतरता या नियमितीकरण का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।

iii) नियुक्त व्यक्तियों की मजदूरी आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि के अनुसार उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर तय की जाएगी।

iv) वह विज्ञापन सूचना दिनांक 25-08-2026 में निर्धारित सभी नियमों और शर्तों के साथ-साथ अन्य नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत है, जिन्हें विश्वविद्यालय समय-समय पर लागू करना उचित समझता है।

v) वह किसी सरकारी या अर्ध-सरकारी विभाग या किसी अन्य संस्थान आदि में कार्यरत नहीं है।
