Eligibility & Documents Required

Eligibility: The candidates must possess the minimum qualifications prescribed under the UGC Regulations, 2018, as amended from time to time, for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in the Concerned Subject.

 

Documents Required: Candidates shall report at the interview venue with the following documents:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Original certificates/testimonials in support of educational qualifications and experience
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and testimonials
• One recent passport-size photograph

 

Terms, Conditions & Online Registration

1. The engagement shall be purely temporary and on a stop-gap basis and shall not confer any claim or right for regular appointment.
2. The engagement shall continue until a contractual or regular faculty member is appointed in the concerned department.
3. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Walk-in Interview.
4. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of engagements, not to fill any or all the advertised positions, or to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, without assigning any reason.
5. The decision of the University regarding the selection and engagement of Guest Faculty shall be final and binding.
6. Online Registration: Applicants intending to appear for the Walk-in Interview are required to register online through the link provided below before 31st July, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete the registration well before the closing date. No registration shall be accepted after the stipulated deadline.
