Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed recognized university/institute as a basic qualification. Mandate Experience:

A. Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects.

B. Musthave led at least 2 flagship schemes in consulting assignment.

Preferred Experience:

A. Experience in at least01 project of consulting as Team Leader/Project

Manager in Swachh Bharat Mission. B. Overall project management for externally aided projects/Gol funded flagship programmes. C. Thorough knowledge of SBM, its guidelines, action plans, FSM, Solid Waste, Liquid Waste, Plastic Waste Management etc.

Eligibility: Applicants having the domicile of UT J&K can only apply.Max age limit at time of Joining: 55 years. ✓ Experience/Relieving certificates must include the date of issuance, working tenure, detailed information of the role and Name & Signature of the authorized person.

✓ Selection Criteria: Only Shortlisted candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be invited for interview. Assessment will be done on a 100 Marks scale.

1. Qualification: Total 20 Marks (15 Marks for upto 60% & 20 marks for above 60% in qualifying degree course)

2. Relevant years of Experience: Total 20 Marks (Consulting Experience of infrastructure for flagship schemes like Central Government/CSS, Asian Development Bank, World Bankfunded projects etc. – 10 Marks AND Additional 2 marks for each experience year added beyond 15 years up to a maximum of 20 marks)

3. Relevant Project Experience: Total 15 Marks (working in flagship programs with Gol funded infrastructure projects/externally aided projects with minimum budget value of not less than INR 200.00 Cr for each of the flagship program – 05 Marks per assignment up to maximum of 15 Marks).

4. Relevant leadership Experience: Total 10 Marks (Experience of having led (Team Head) a Swachh Bharat Mission PMC/PMU team (SBM Grameen or Urban) with project value of not less than 200.00 Cr).

5. Relevant leadership Experience: Total 05 Marks (Experience of having lead a SWM team/Sanitation scheme). 6. Interview: 30 Marks
