• Team Handling: Managing and leading a team to ensure smooth operations.
• Target Achievement: Driving the team to meet monthly and quarterly financial targets.
• Loan Processing Support: Overseeing end-to-end documentation and processing of loan applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and mentor subordinates.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in Personal Loans or Unsecured Loans.
